In our store you can find different types of professional bicycles. Among our catalog of bicycles you will find road bicycles, mountain bicycles, urban bicycles, hybrid bicycles and e-bikes, among other modalities.

What brand are the professional bicycles that we offer?

At Teide Bike Service we are committed to quality; This is why in our store you will only find bicycles and accessories from the best brands, such as Megamo, Shimano, Sram, Kask or Spiuk.

Can I pick up the bike the day before my reservation starts?

You can pick up the bike from 17:00 at no additional cost

What materials are the bicycles you offer?

The bicycles that you can rent in our store are mainly made of materials such as carbon, which allows you to be more agile and enjoy cycling in Tenerife much more.

Do you deliver bicycles to our accommodation?

We deliver the bicycle wherever the client wants. From 5 bicycles the delivery is free. For orders of a lower amount, the cost of delivery and collection varies between €15-€25.

Can bikes be rented for large groups?

Yes, we offer bike rental for individuals and groups, which is a great option if you come with your team to train in Tenerife.

Do you offer bike delivery?

Yes, we can bring your bicycle in the place and at the time that you indicate in your reservation. Also, if your reservation is more than 5 bicycles, this service is totally FREE.

I have made my reservation, but I have not received any confirmation e-mail, what do I do?

What is the maximum number of days that I can have a rented bicycle?

There is no limit of days. You can rent a bike for a day, a week or even a whole month.

Are there any other charges or additional costs?

At Teide Bike Service we do not hide prices, so the price you see on the screen will be the price you will pay for your rental.

Can I rent a bike for hours?

No. The minimum is one full day.

Do I have to pay for the cleaning of the bicycle?

The cleaning of the bicycle is our job, the client is not obliged to return it unpolluted.

What accessories does renting a bicycle include?

The bike is delivered with the following accessories: Helmet, Mini-pump, saddle bag with tube and detachable, 2 bottle cages and a bottle.

As well as a bicycle insurance that the client can choose if he wants it or not.

What extras can I hire?

When you rent a bicycle at Teide Bike Service you will also have the possibility of contracting the following extras: Insurance for cyclists, support car for groups, cycling jersey and shorts, panniers, luggage rack, official Cycling Friendly route map, expert cycling guide in Tenerife.

Can I send you the measurements of my bike?

Of course yes, at Teide Bike Service we will be happy to put the bike to measure.

Can I buy a bicycle at Teide Bike?

Yes. At the end of each season we renew our fleet to always offer bicycles in the best conditions. If you want, you can contact Teide Bike Service to buy any of the bicycles that we will withdraw from our offer.

Can I bring my own pedals and saddle?

You are welcome to bring your own pedals and saddle.
